田中 悠宇吾［シタール奏者］
東京都出身。2008年よりDr.Gopal Krishan Shah師に師事。
定期的に渡印し北インド古典音楽を追求しながらも、多数のエフェクターを使用したアプローチや、グリッチ、ピンクノイズ等の現代的音楽表現との実験的プロジェクト(Aprl : エイプリル)、奉納演奏のプロジェクト「ブッダバサント」
など、シタールの可能性を広げる活動を展開。
イタリアの楽器Azzam Bellsも使用する。
これまでにAprl名義で「one(2015)」ソロ名義で「Letters.(2021)」をリリース。
北インド古典音楽と枯山水などの庭園に共通する精神性を現代的に再解釈し空間芸術として再構築している。

Yugo Tanaka [Sitar player]
Born in Tokyo. Studied under Dr. Gopal Krishan Shah since 2008.
While regularly traveling to India to pursue North Indian classical music, he also engages in experimental projects (Aprl) and dedication performance projects using approaches that use a large number of effectors, modern musical expressions such as glitches and pink noise. "Buddha Basant"
He is engaged in activities that expand the possibilities of the sitar.
He also uses the Italian musical instrument Azzam Bells.
So far, she has released “one (2015)” under the name Aprill and “Letters. (2021)” under the solo name.
He modernly reinterprets the spirituality common to northern Indian classical music and dry landscape gardens and reconstructs it as spatial art.
